Unit Compare By Distributor Type Report

To view this report, click the Reports menu, scroll down to the Store Sales section, and click Unit Compare by Distributor Type (near the bottom).

The unit compare by distributor type report provides the total number of Prepaid Units Sold broken down either by day, week, or month for each product with subtotals broken down by each distributor type.

By default, the start date is a week prior to the current date.
To change the date, enter a new value in the date field and click Generate. To move the date back 1 day, click the arrow on the left of the date field, and to move the date forward 1 day, click the arrow to the right of the date field.
If the user has Global Access permission, a Global Search checkbox will be displayed. Check this box to perform a global search across all authors.
Clicking the + and - icons on the left of the report will expand or contract the different levels of the report.
The report can be generated with all sections expanded by checking the Expand All checkbox and then clicking Generate.
By default, the report will only show online (no distributor) and affiliate sales (sales attached to distributors with type Affiliate). To show sales from all distributor types, check the Include All Affiliate Types checkbox.
There are three sort options available:
- Day - The total units sold are displayed for the given begin date plus three additional days. The highest sold products are displayed at the top. Below each product, the totals are displayed for the product sold by each affiliate type.
- Week - The total units sold are displayed for each week instead of each day. The begin date you enter in the provided data field is assumed to be the first day of the week. The report will then calculate 7 days based on the entered start date for each week for four weeks out.
- Month - The total units sold are displayed for each month instead of each day or week. The month of the date you enter in the begin date field will be the month the report uses for the beginning month. The report will then calculate sales for the beginning month and the next three months.
