Licenses By Distributor Report

To view this report, click the Reports menu, scroll down to the Licenses section, and click Licenses by Distributor.

The licenses by distributor report shows a list of all licenses associated with a given distributor over a date range.

• To run the report, enter the date range and select the distributor from the drop down, then click Generate.
• At the top of the report, information on the distributor will be displayed.
• The main section of the report displays a summary of all licenses associated with the distributor. For each customer, the date the date, customer name, licenses, and total amount charged are shown. Clicking the customer name will open the customer details page for the given customer, while clicking on the product name of a license will open the license details page for that license.
• At the bottom of the report is a summary, giving the total license count for the distributor, as well as the total charge amount and the check amount.
