Electronic Software Delivery (ESD) Downloads Report

To view this report, click the Reports menu, scroll down to the Licenses section, and click Electronic Software Delivery (ESD) Downloads.

The ESD download report gives you a summary listing of all ESD downloads. The report has the following options:

Report Type

The report type. Options are as follows:

Adobe Acrobat: The report will be generated as an Adobe Acrobat file (pdf).
Microsoft Excel: The report will be generated as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet (xls).
Comma Separated Value: The report will be generated as a comma separated value file (csv).
XML by Elements: The report will be generated as xml with separate elements for each field.
XML by Parameters: The report will be generated as xml with a singe element containing a parameter for each field.

Start/End Date

The date range to run the report for. Note that depending on the server configuration, there may be a restriction of the number of days the report can be run for.

Save to Disk

Check this box to save the report to disk. If unchecked, the report will be displayed in an inline frame within the web page, otherwise you will be prompted to save the file to disk.

Product

Choose a product to filter the report data to only include records for the given product. Select the default of ALL to include all products.
