Trial Download Summary Report

To view this report, click the Reports menu, scroll down to the Trial Tracking section, and click Trial Download Summary.

The trial summary report provides you with a total summary of the records SOLO Server gathered from people who downloaded a trial product for a specific date range. The report has the following options:

Report Type

The report type. Options are as follows:

Adobe Acrobat: The report will be generated as an Adobe Acrobat file (pdf).
Microsoft Excel: The report will be generated as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet (xls).
Comma Separated Value: The report will be generated as a comma separated value file (csv).
XML by Elements: The report will be generated as xml with separate elements for each field.
XML by Parameters: The report will be generated as xml with a singe element containing a parameter for each field.

Start/End Date

The date range to run the report for. Note that depending on the server configuration, there may be a restriction of the number of days the report can be run for.

Save to Disk

Check this box to save the report to disk. If unchecked, the report will be displayed in an inline frame within the web page, otherwise you will be prompted to save the file to disk.

Group By

You can change the sorting of the data by choosing either Affiliate or Product from the Sort By Option drop down. Sorting by product will display the downloads grouped by product, and then sorted within each product by affiliate. Sorting by affiliate will display the downloads grouped by affiliate, and then sorted within each affiliate by product.
